MediaDXB designs and engineers media products, software, AI systems and the infrastructure they run on — one team, from the first conversation to the thing being live and looked after.
The studio grew out of media work. We built the platforms, players and publishing systems behind media businesses in the region, and kept running into the same gap: the creative side and the engineering side sat in different companies, and the product fell into the space between them.
So we put both under one roof. Today that means a compact senior team of engineers, designers and media specialists who can take a brief from the idea through architecture, build, launch and the unglamorous years afterwards — the monitoring, the migrations, the three in the morning restore that nobody ever budgets for.
We are deliberately not an agency of a hundred people. Every project has senior hands on it because there is no bench to hide behind, and we would rather turn work down than staff it badly.
How we work
One team, start to live
The people who scope the work are the people who build it and the people who keep it running. Nothing is handed to a delivery team you have never met.
Senior only
We stay small on purpose. You get engineers and designers who have shipped this before, not a pyramid with one experienced name at the top of it.
You own everything
Code in your repository, infrastructure in your accounts, domains in your name. Nothing we build is held hostage by our involvement.
Honest before flattering
If a brief is the wrong shape, or a feature is not worth its cost, we say so during scoping rather than invoicing our way through it.
Built to be operated
A product is not finished when it launches. Monitoring, backups, runbooks and a person to call are part of the work, not an upsell after it.
Regionally grounded
We build in and for the UAE — Arabic and English, local hosting and latency, and the regulatory and payment realities that come with the market.
