Full-stack engineering, end to end.
Architecture, APIs and production-grade platforms built to scale — by the same people who will still be there when it needs changing.
We are a small senior team, which shapes what we take on. There is no junior tier doing the work behind a senior name on the proposal, and no hand-off between the people who scoped it and the people who build it.
That suits products where the hard part is judgement rather than headcount: an integration nobody has done cleanly, a data model that has to hold for years, a rebuild that has to happen without downtime.
What we build
Product engineering
Greenfield builds from a defined problem through to a system in production with real users on it.
APIs and integrations
Services that other systems depend on — versioned, documented, and built to fail in ways you can diagnose.
Rebuilds and migrations
Moving a live product onto something maintainable, incrementally, with the old system running until the new one has earned the traffic.
Data and reporting
Pipelines, warehousing and the dashboards that make an operational decision possible rather than merely informed.
How we work
Scope honestly
We would rather lose a project at the estimate than deliver it late. If a brief cannot be built for the budget, you hear that before you sign.
Ship in tight cycles
Working software on a short loop, reviewed against what it is actually for, not against a specification agreed months earlier.
Leave it maintainable
Tests where they earn their keep, documentation for the parts that are genuinely surprising, and a codebase another team could pick up.
What you get
- Technical architecture and decision record
- Production system on your infrastructure
- CI/CD, environments and monitoring
- API documentation where other teams integrate
- Handover, or an ongoing retainer if you prefer
Before you ask
- Do you work with our in-house developers?
- Often. We can take a discrete piece of the system, pair with your team, or lead the build with your developers alongside us.
- What stack do you use?
- Mostly TypeScript across the stack, Postgres, and whichever cloud you are already on. We do not move a client onto an unfamiliar stack for our convenience.

Send the brief — or the problem, if the brief doesn't exist yet. We come back within one business day with an honest view of how we can help.
