Agentic social media

An agent that runs the channel, and shows its working.

Always-on social handling for people who have an audience to keep and no time to feed it — scheduling, drafting, listening and replying, with numbers that tell you what actually moved.

Social is a job that never finishes. Something has to go out, replies pile up, and the analytics that would tell you whether any of it worked live behind six different dashboards that disagree with each other. Most people either burn an evening a week on it or hand it to an agency and stop recognising their own voice.

We build the third option: an agent that does the standing work and hands you the decisions. It drafts in your voice from what you have already published, queues to a calendar you can see, watches mentions and comments, and answers the ordinary ones. Anything it is unsure about waits for you.

It suits two people in particular. Someone who has been at this for years and wants the grind automated without losing control of the account. And someone starting out, who needs the discipline of a schedule and a plain read on what is working before they can afford anyone to run it.

What we build

Trends worth acting on

What is moving in your niche, not what is trending globally. A sound, a format or a question rising in your audience is only useful while it is rising, so it is surfaced the same week rather than in a monthly deck.

Suggestions, not just drafts

What to post next and why — a gap in the calendar, a question asked three times in the comments, a post from last year that is worth doing again. Each one arrives with the reason attached, so you can disagree with it.

Drafting in your voice

Trained on what you have already published rather than a generic brand tone, so a post reads as yours. Every draft is yours to approve, edit or bin before it goes.

Scheduling and queues

A visible calendar per channel, posting windows that suit your audience rather than ours, and a queue that keeps running while you are shooting, travelling or asleep.

Listening and replies

Mentions, comments and DMs pulled into one place. The agent answers the routine ones, flags anything sensitive, and never invents an answer it does not have.

Statistics on one definition

Reach, engagement rate, follower quality and what each post actually did — in one place, counted one way, instead of four apps reporting four numbers and none of them agreeing.

Live reports

Wired into our Live AI reporting desk, so the channel is watched between reviews: a post taking off, a mention worth answering today, a sudden drop in reach. Reported when it happens, in plain English, rather than at month end.

Rate cards and reporting

For creators: media-kit numbers you can send a brand, and per-campaign reporting that stands up to their side asking questions.

Guardrails

Topics it will not touch, claims it cannot make, and an approval step wherever you want one. You set the leash length.

Production, when you need it

A shoot or an edit is a different job with a different day rate, and it should not be buried in a management fee. Pick the photographer, videographer or editor yourself from the UAE Media Network — the crew marketplace we built — and pay them directly. We brief them and cut the result into the calendar.

How we work

01

Read the back catalogue

We start from what you have already posted and what performed, so the agent begins with your voice and your audience rather than a blank prompt.

02

Run it on a short leash

Everything drafts for approval at first. As you see what it gets right, you widen what it can do unsupervised — one category at a time, never all at once.

03

Report and adjust

Monthly against reach, engagement and whatever you actually care about — bookings, sign-ups, enquiries — not a screenshot of impressions.

How much you hand over

The question is never agent or human — it is how much of it you want to stop thinking about. The agent does the standing work at every level; what changes is who approves, who answers, and how much strategy sits on top.

Most people start Assisted for a month to see what the agent gets right, then widen, and moving up or down is a conversation rather than a new contract. Content production — actual shoots and edits — sits outside all three: you choose the specialist from the UAE Media Network and pay them directly, so a day rate never disappears into a management fee.

The statistics you actually get

One page, counted one way. The figures below are an illustration of the format rather than results from an account — what matters is that every line has a plain reading beside it, because a number without one is decoration.

What we countExampleWhat it tells you
Reach48,200How many people saw anything at all. Rises with posting volume, so it is the easiest number to flatter and the least useful alone.
Engagement rate4.8%Interactions against reach. The number brands ask for, and the one that says whether the audience is awake.
Saves & shares1,140The honest signal. A save is someone deciding it is worth coming back to; a share is someone spending their own reputation on it.
Follower quality82% real, 61% in-marketWhat share are plausible accounts, and what share are in the country and bracket you sell to. A large following of the wrong people is a cost, not an asset.
Profile-to-link3.1%Who moved from watching to acting. The step everything upstream exists to produce.
Replies handled312 of 340What the agent answered and what it escalated. If the escalation share climbs, the guardrails need widening or the audience has changed.
Best windowTue–Thu, 20:00–22:00When your audience is actually there, on your data rather than a generic best-time-to-post chart.

Every figure is exportable, and every one is defined in writing so it means the same thing in month six as in month one. Where a platform will not give us a number honestly — impressions counted differently across apps, for instance — we say so rather than adding four incompatible figures together.

Shooting and editing is a different job

A shoot or an edit is a day rate for a specific person with a specific reel, and rolling it into a monthly fee is how clients end up paying retainer prices for half a day of somebody's time. So it sits outside every tier. Choose the photographer, videographer or editor yourself from the crew marketplace we built, pay them directly, and we brief them and cut the result into the calendar.

Before you ask

Will it post without asking me?
Only if you tell it to, and only for the categories you have widened. It starts with everything waiting for approval, and most people leave it that way for the first month.
I am just starting out — is this too much?
No. Starting out is when a schedule and an honest read on what is working matter most, and it is the point at which hiring anyone is hardest to justify. The setup is the same; the leash is usually shorter at first.
Which platforms?
The ones with a usable API — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Threads, depending on what you actually use. Where a platform limits automation we say so up front rather than working around their terms.
Does it sound like a bot?
That is the thing we work hardest at, and the thing you can check every day while it drafts for approval. If a post does not sound like you, it does not go out.
Do you shoot the content as well?
We brief and place it, but you choose who shoots it. Production is a day rate for a specific person with a specific reel, and rolling that into a monthly fee is how clients end up paying retainer prices for a half-day of someone's time. Pick the photographer, videographer or editor from the UAE Media Network, pay them directly, and we cut the result into the calendar.
How do you decide what is trending?
By watching your niche rather than the global charts. A format spiking among accounts your audience follows is worth knowing about; a dance nobody in your sector will ever do is not. Anything surfaced comes with why it was surfaced, so you can tell us when we are wrong.
Who owns the accounts and the data?
You do. The channels stay in your name, the analytics are exportable, and nothing is locked to us if you stop.
